Thomas and Chilton helped us when our furnace encountered difficulties and needed a repair. They were able to come on the same time and fix the issue in a couple of hours. However, what impressed me the most was their After Care. Another problem appeared on our furnace and Thomas responded over text with some steps on how to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the problem ourselves. When that didn't work, he followed up to come by and solve our problem at the next possible opportunity. Ultimately, Thomas and Chilton spent the extra effort to make sure that our furnace worked again. Thank you!
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. We hired them as we were without heat and hot water for an entire week to install a new boiler. Their crew spent almost 10 hours on our house and they couldn’t finish the job, and we had to wait another two days for them to return and complete the installation. Only one week after paying nearly $10,000, the boiler stopped working again. We are once again left with no heat and no hot water. I called their emergency line multiple times, and no one ever returned my calls. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Home Depot should remove them from their list of approved service providers.

Technicians Tony and Jay were the best! Friendly, efficient, mindful of our home. They arrived on time, right away started the process while explaining things while it was happening and why. They definitely made me feel comfortable the install of a heat pump and furnace was going to be done smoothly. After the installation he ran through the details of next steps and how the system works thoroughly. I’ve called them twice for my home in Stouffville (once for my furnace a few years ago, and for my AC unit yesterday), and I’ve got fast, reliable, and friendly service both times. Thomas got my outdoor AC unit working very quickly. I will absolutely use them again.

Excellent communication from their office, up front costs were all explained, and the two installers did a fantastic job with my new tankless system.
