I ordered a trophy to celebrate my daughter achievement in the writing category in Canadian achievement awards held in Toronto last week. The trophy was beautiful exactly as I ordered, they even sent a proof read before confirming the final version. I was stuck for a specific time due to family gathering yesterday, my delivery expectation was not due until June 17, when I explained my situation to Mohammed, he expeditiously accelerated my delivery to arrive on time for my family get together. I was appreciative for the extra attention and professionalism exhibited by Mohammed. I most certainly recommend this outfit for any similar occasion.
Awards4u has been our go to provider for the last four years and I can't see making any type of changes. The customer service has always been fantastic with either customized or stock awards needs. Mohammed has continually outperformed the previous year even when our timelines have been ridiculously tight!
Mohammed gave us the best customer service. We ordered crystal awards last Thursday for our Christmas party event this Saturday, and he ensured that he will do the orders as soon as possible. It was very hard for us to look for someone who would rush our orders considering there’s a lot of companies who do Christmas Parties, but he accepted the orders. He sent us a sketch of what the Awards will look like and gave us a reasonable price for them. They were done yesterday and he shipped them right away. We have the package today and the awards looked very great! I cannot believe how they’ve rushed the job for us and made sure we can get them before Friday. He is very responsive, he is able to accommodate the company’s needs, he went above and beyond for his service. Until next transaction again, Mohammed! I highly recommend them!
Mohammed is AMAZING! We were in a bind and needed a number of team medals and trophies created in less than a week. Mohammed and team overdelivered. Good- Easy ordering process. Ordered 1 engraved plaque. Communication with the order was good. Item was well packaged. Bad- The "engraving" on the plaque was not as such. It was a vinyl cut decal, stuck on to a metal plate. Which mine was visibly slanted and looked horrible. I was offered to return the plaque for a refund, But I did not accept. Asked for a new Engraving and I was told..."It wont look any better if I do a new one" Needless to say...Dont bother with this company.
