Great location as its nearby Tims but I am getting curious about Esso and PC Optimum. I gas up 50 and the usual ATM card then insert the PC Optimum, remove card then do selection and proceed. It has now happen twice to me that once all is smooth, when I press to print receipt, I notice it states, Loyalty card = NO. In short, it did not read or load any points on my PC Optimum. So shoutout to all drivers like us who has this PC Optimum as calling their hotline also does not help. I was in a call twice 1 hour each for complain and you could sense that it was intentional that they try to cut you or discourage you. SO just heads-up maybe it was me only being robbed or we just do not care to escalate.
I had the worst experience. They said I had to calculate it outside, so I did it on a machine and kept waiting because it was a process. I waited outside for about 5 minutes for the process to start. When a customer came out, he said the machine here wasn't working so I went inside to check the receipt. So, I told them that if the machine doesn't work, you should put up a sign like other gas stations, but the guy who works there now, Steve, insulted me and called me an idiot for asking such stupid questions. So,i said you need to know that so people don't wait. Look at other people. They keep coming. Anyway he call me by stupid and saying he wasn't God. So he can not put sign. He said how i know this is not working? Lol he should do somthing just like other gas station. Put sign or do somthing.. Anyway is Esso didnt train anything? Not even 1 star. After im using my points i will move other..no more esso
We are in 2020...in a great area to live, so asking to pre pay for gas is ridiculous!!! The staff was very unprofessional as well, over all with 5 stations a throw away It will be my last choice and stop
Excellent gas station, clean bathroom friendly staff. They have a microwave in the staff lunch room which the clerk invited me to use. Bonus point to him. But some other clerks may not allow use of the microwave. Even so this is an excellent gas station right off the 404. Plenty parking and there a tim hortons right next to it
At least stick a big sign advising customers of the pre pay system, waste of time figuring out why it isnt working, staff was slow to help. Its not night time and this is not US. Better off going to Yonge for proper esso
Ok place to buy gas. staff are helpful inside.snack bar well stocked. For the people complaining of pre payment. this Is the future ...get used to it..
You have to pre pay nowadays because apparently they have problems with people stealing gas... You have insurance for a reason, we don't need to suffer for others actions
