terrible customer service, the cashier forget to scan my journey reward card and complete the transaction, when I asked him why didn't you scan my reward card, not only there is no apology from him, but also very rudely replied back that I need to scan it myself, I'm paying inside the store, it's obviously his job to scan the card or at least ask if I have one, very bad attitude, don't recommend to go there.
I usually don't write reviews but I wanted to thank the young man on the front who helped me return my U-Haul tonight, I really appreciate what you did. You'll go a long way with that work ethic. Keep up with great work!
Gas price is relatively cheap here. Getting in and out could be intimidating occasionally. Pumps could be messy sometimes but cheap gas prices trumps these minor inconvenience.
I made some comments a couple of months back about the racism that I experienced at this location period I guess after I made my comments they decided to delete my message perit's been over a year and the territory manager. Still has not solved the issue or may good on his promiperiod. I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere. Because these people are just for themselves. An lack proper etique. Duane (area manager ) should know better
If you have Journie Rewards and if you have chosen free coffee, this location DOES NOT HAVE Bristo coffee to redeem. Many other locations also have just Country Style coffee that you cannot redeem for free coffee. Other than this, this gas station usually has the lowest prices at night, especially after 9 pm.
