I encountered unsatisfactory service from the night staff. Despite the gas station being open, I was informed that the washroom was locked and inaccessible.
Great service! I accidentally locked my keys in my car and needed a place to wait for help. The staff at the gas station were incredibly kind and helpful. One of the employees gave me the address and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. Really thoughtful and friendly – I truly appreciated it!
Terrible place to get gas. Used to be good but times have changed. Price is always higher, staff are unfriendly and I had an extremely unpleasant experience today when I went in. There's much better places around, I won't be back
Shocking service by the night shift guy! Stares and you with anger and contempt, does not answer questions -- only wants to know if you're buying something and bath usage is not permitted. Don't spend your money here, drive to one of the three service stations just west of the highway as they offer friendly superior service. Chagrined!!!
i dont even know where to start, the elderly asian guy there is extremely unprofessional, i asked him on prices on the drinks that are not listed but he ignored me then asked me if i am really gonna buy it or am i just asking for prices, i ended up just leaving going to wesleys corner restaurant to grab drinks.
Terrible service, save your time and don't stop here if you're paying cash. Evening attendant very shady, was previously asked to prepay / leave my credit card inside to fill up. Tonight the attendant tried the same trick again. No other gas stations have done this, plates are clearly visible and attached to both of my vehicles. Do not fall for it, go to a different gas station, price is always better elsewhere anyway.
Employee had all doors locked and wouldn’t answer door. Lights on and says it’s 24 hrs but I guess if I didn’t have a credit card I’d be screwed! Super unimpressed.
